Project CBD encourages CBD users to participate in a research study about CBD and cannabis use during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on health and well-being. The study is being conducted by the nonprofit Wholistic Research and Education Foundation in partnership with researchers from the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, and the UC Institute for Prediction Technology (UCIPT).
You are eligible to participate in this study if you are over 18, speak English, are competent to give informed consent, and use CBD and/or cannabis.
The study will take place online. You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire, which should take about 10-15 minutes.
This survey is expected to yield unique insights about the effects of the current pandemic on anxiety levels and sleep quality, and whether CBD and/or cannabis use during this time has had any impact on users’ health and well-being. The research findings will be broadly shared with the general public to aid in cannabis and CBD education.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your answers will be kept privately in a secure location. The only people who will have access to your survey are members of the research
